About:

We are Seeking the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the maintenance and custodial teams to ensure the effective upkeep, repair, and operational reliability of all facilities and equipment. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality, while supporting production and engineering teams through proactive maintenance planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and custodial teams to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality work.
• Oversee facility and equipment upkeep; recommend improvements.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production and engineering on maintenance needs and project priorities.
• Plan for shutdowns, renovations, and capital projects.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor safety compliance (e.g., lockout/tagout, confined space).
• Manage department budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
• Review SOPs, track downtime, and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify training needs and promote energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain communication with leadership on equipment status and project updates.
• Foster positive team morale and handle personnel issues fairly.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or facilities role within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
