We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining, special processes, and supplier-facing activities for a leading aerospace program. This is an on-site role based in Indianapolis , requiring hands-on collaboration with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical , Industrial & Production , or Aerospace Engineering
General manufacturing experience in:
CNC machining
Special processes
Surface treatments
Metrology
GD&T
Safety compliance
Proficiency in one or more of the following:
PPAP, FAI, APQP documentation & execution
Non-Conformance Management
Supplier Management for parts development
Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards or similar regulated environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
