They will accomplish this by providing guidance and support to Regional Ambassadors and Herbalife Independent Distributors through Nutrition Club visits and trainings. This position will work closely with Distributors with the primary objective of educating/training them on Herbalife rules and assisting in bringing issues identified to correction. They will do this by visiting Nutrition Clubs, building relationships, training at events (corporate and independent) and working with the Distributor through final corrections. The Senior Regional Ambassador will lead one on one and group meetings with Distributor Leadership to present their regional statistics with the goal of identifying non-compliant trends within their organization and schedule tailored trainings. The Senior Regional Ambassador will handle high level issues that arise from Nutrition Club visits. This individual will be the dedicated tester for all acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements and releases, including providing recommendations based on field experience. This position will coordinate and conduct visits with Independent Compliance Auditors. This role will be required to work from home and be out in the field visiting Nutrition Clubs, Monday through Friday and occasionally nights, and weekends to attend and/or conduct various trainings.It will also require travel at least 50% and drive 80% of the time in order to support regional events, trainings and meetings. **DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:** + Train Distributors on FTC requirements. + Coordinate and conduct visits with Independent Compliance Auditors andprovide detailed visit summaries to be sent to executives. + Support with translation and/or review FTC related materials. + Support any other project related to receipting or FTC requirements. + Perform proactive and complaint visits in person and virtually to commercial Nutrition Clubs, Distributor offices and/or fit Clubs to train, coach and correct issues identified based on Herbalife Nutrition Club Rules. + Lead Ambassador and first point of contact for the Ambassadors in their region to answer questions or provide guidance on procedures and rule clarifications. + Respond and resolve to high priority violations (GET Team and below). + MPC lead at corporate and independent Distributor events and meetings (i.e. Success Training Seminars, Leadership Development Trainings, Extravaganzas, monthly President's Team and TAB meetings, distribution centers, etc.) to promote company initiatives, share regional statistics, and answer questions. + Ensure event coordinator and speakers are following Herbalife Nutrition guidelines and regulatory requirements. If not, educate and correct issue on the spot. + Conduct trainings (stage, group and one on one) to educate Distributors on Herbalife Nutrition rules and initiatives. Communicate and meet regularly with the Regional Sales Manager/Specialist in the area to share local trends/issues with the goal of creating alignment within MPC & Sales initiatives. Perform analysis of system issues and failures reported by team members to determine if the issue is a defect, enhancement, or user-error. Review and understand defects duringacceptance testing(UAT) and translate them into actionable items. Conduct field visit training during onboarding process. Shadow Regional Ambassadors during visits and trainings to share best practices. Conduct covert purchases to identify Distributors who are not in compliance with Herbalife Nutrition rules. Conduct thorough investigative research derived from Field complaints, including fact-finding and information analysis, and accurately relate details to expedite case file resolution. Support the Secret Shopper program through validation and audit of the vendor reports.
