Position: Scrum Master / Project Manager

Location: 1400 Anduril, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Duration: 6+ month contract (likely to extend)

Must-haves :

• Jira Admin
• Confluence
• Slack
• Microsoft

Biggest challenge expected for role:

• A lot of chaos, lot going on
• They need to be able to compartmentalize
• A lot of information discussed in every meeting

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Some of these more complex management tasks will need to be covered by other leaders in the organization, but some of the administrative duties could be handled by a well-trained Scrum Master/Project Manager on a temporary basis.
  • Project Management of External Resources (Arena AI projects, IndX)
  • Jira Board management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Note-taking and action tracking
  • Administration of several EngOS tools
• Engage with key External vendors for deliverables, presentation and coordination.
• Manage weekly sprint reviews with the team, track progress, and update Jira board based on leadership review and input.
• Contractor will require some admin privileges' related to Jira and confluence but not to product data.
• Manage bi-weekly sprint reviews and associated tasks to ensure completion:
  • Update Jira board as needed and follow up on tasks assigned that are not technical but project management in nature.
  • Coordinate the sprint planning meetings with leadership and update Jira to align work required based on changing priorities
  • Provide updates and manage cross function team tasks that are not tracked in our Jira sprints
  • Support Monthly Updates based on completed tasks and epics
