Shift: 2:00 PM-12:00 AM Hourly Rate: $21.35 an hour Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees and work 2nd shift. You will report to the department supervisor. We have a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. We will train you on our equipment and processes. **MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.** **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.** **Shift Schedule:** 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 2pm-4:30pm **Starting Pay:** 2nd Shift | $21.35 **Job Duties:** + You will learn multiple roles + You will work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance + You will keep a clean and organized work area + You will meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy + You will complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems. + You will provide and react to metrics that will assist plant operations in prioritizing training and development. + You will keep SAP documentation To perform this job, you will perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
