In this key role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date in our HR systems, including ADP. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding utilizing Hireology and ADP.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (ADP, Ease, CareerLink).
  • Conduct monthly new hire orientation and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
  • Support managers and employees by providing guidance on policies and HR best practices.
  • Oversee the issues and turning in of uniforms for employees.
  • Assist with login issues as needed.
  • Promote employee engagement through consistent communication and support.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
