Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the lead agent in preparing homes for showings, including staging and ensuring properties are clean and presentable.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and neighborhood information to effectively answer client questions.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with clients, agents, and office staff to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Provide feedback from showings to the lead agent to help tailor marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage and organize showing schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Support administrative tasks related to showings, such as preparing marketing materials and updating client databases.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate or related customer service roles
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple showings efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and real estate software tools
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications a plus
