Responsibilities:
• Contract & Listing Prep – Assist with drafting contracts, listing agreements, and transaction coordination.
• Client & Email Management – Professionally handle client communication, respond to emails, and ensure smooth interactions.
• Database & Calendar Management – Keep client records organized and maintain an efficient broker schedule.
• Marketing & Advertising – Oversee social media and print marketing, including listing promotions and branding.
• General Administrative Support – Provide essential support in daily operations to keep the business running seamlessly.
Qualifications:
• Confident & Experienced – Prior real estate or administrative experience in real estate is preferred.
• Organized & Task-Oriented – Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proactive & Decisive – Takes initiative and solves problems independently.
• Highly Motivated & Conscientious – Committed to excellence and takes pride in their work.
• Strong Communication Skills – Professional, courteous, and client-focused.
