What You’ll Do:
As a Client Services Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every client and their pet. Responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact for clients—in person, by phone, text, and email
Managing appointments, billing, and administrative tasks
Supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives
Maintaining a polished, professional, and compassionate presence at all times

Able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
A strong communicator with attention to detail
Experienced in pet care, hospitality, or client service roles
