Position Summary
The Part-Time Grounds Assistant supports the Grounds Department with daily exterior maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-kept. This is an ongoing, part-time position requiring physical outdoor labor and a team-oriented mindset.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Groundskeepers with routine grounds maintenance
• Perform tasks such as weeding, mowing, and raking
• Support other exterior property-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform general labor in an outdoor environment
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping

Required Skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina to handle outdoor tasks
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and techniques

Working Conditions
