Maintenance Supervisor

About:

We re seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing equipment upkeep, managing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the team supports safe, efficient production. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant inspections, troubleshoot issues, and manage preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and optimize inventory systems for maintenance parts and materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and service support.
• Develop maintenance schedules, procedures, and field operations plans.
• Lead budgeting and long-term maintenance planning.
• Improve maintenance documentation and work instructions.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with 6S, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production leaders to plan and execute projects.
• Manage department staffing, hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certificate. (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics; knowledge of low and high voltage systems.
