Description We are looking for a dedicated Intake Coordinator to join a growing team at an auto consumer warranty firm based in Los Angeles, California. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish with a customer service background. This role is contract-to-hire and starts on Wednesday, May 21st. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential case details and assess eligibility. - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. - Guide clients through the intake process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and input in system. - Utilize case management software to organize and input information and track cases. - Maintain accurate records and update client information in relevant systems. - Address client inquiries with professionalism and provide clear information about case procedures. - Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions and communicate them to the appropriate team. - Support the team with administrative duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Details: + Type: Contract-to-hire of permanent hire by the firm based on fit & performance + Compensation: $22/hour on contract, $24/hour+ if converted + Work Schedule: On-site, 5 days/week + Hours/Days: Tuesday-Friday 11AM-8PM & Saturday 8AM-5PM (Sundays and Mondays off).
