We are seeking: An Associate Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and support. 

This is a hybrid role (working 2x per week) in either our Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ office.

Job Duties:
  • Manage PDDS client’s payment account onboardings and activations
  • Act as the main point of contact for client support requests
  • Coordinate and drive payment token account transfers for existing and new clients
  • Act as main point of contact for new payment location requests from existing clients
  • Evaluate and optimize current payment processes to expedite activation timelines, improve client experience, and more quickly recognize revenue
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of prior experience in the payment acquiring / processing space
  • Prior experience with integrated SaaS relationship / account management
  • Prior experience with merchant application and account onboarding tasks
  • Prior experience working with software onboarding applications
  • Prior experience working within Salesforce is preferred
