Job Description

About Us:

We’re a global team with a mission to enable professional research online. Headquartered in Irvine, California, we’ve spent over two decades continually evolving our market research platform to help clients uncover insights that matter. With a strong presence in the U.S. and a talented team around the world. We specialize in complex market research methodologies that others shy away from, and we’ve built a platform that continues to evolve to meet the needs of modern researchers.

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our client services team. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth project delivery, building trust, and helping grow existing relationships. If you're a strong communicator with a background in market research, and you're energized by solving problems and driving client success, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with key client stakeholders to increase engagement and account value.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Coordinate research projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client objectives and identify opportunities to offer solutions that address their research needs.
  • Support quarterly business review meetings with data and insights that help demonstrate client value.
  • Participate in proposal development, pricing, and bid responses for new and existing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Programming, Operations, and Research—to ensure project success.
  • Be highly responsive to client and internal requests, managing competing priorities with professionalism.
  • Ensure account profitability and help achieve revenue targets across your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in account management—preferably in a market research setting.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and client needs, especially in consulting or corporate environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who brings value to every client interaction.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting and discussing data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed, remote team.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere with the flexibility of remote work. We also bring the team together once or twice per year for in-person meetups in Irvine for some face-time.
  • Generous Time Off: 6 weeks off per year, including 3 weeks of PTO, 8 company holidays, and 6 floating holidays.
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family healthy.
  • 401(k) with Company Match: Save for the future with up to a 4% company match.
  • Flexible Hours: Manage your schedule with flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Career Growth: Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative, supportive team environment.
  • Collaborative & Supportive Work Environment: Join a team of talented, motivated professionals working together to innovate.
  • Equal Opportunity Employer: We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
