WHY CHOOSE BIPS OVER ANOTHER AGENCY?

Our therapists all receive extensive training before being placed with clients to provide clinical services. Our training includes: general clinical orientation and training, client specific training, RBT training, monthly meetings with a clinical supervisor, and so much more! With BIP Services, you'll always know where you stand in terms of your performance...no more "annual reviews"! We provide 20% supervision, which is mostly conducted in person by a BCBA. We hold company wide meetings about 2x per year, as well as occasional social outings. We work with all out employees to ensure that our flexible scheduling not only meets the needs of our clients, but affords staff flexibility to attend classes (if you are attending school) and manage their personal life.

Join our passionate team, where your days will be filled with excitement and collaboration.

What would you do as BEHAVIOR Therapist

As a Part Time ABA Therapist at BIP Services, you'll play a vital role in delivering direct care under the supervision of a Qualified Health Professional (QHP). You'll collect essential data on skill acquisition targets and behaviors identified for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Additionally, you'll complete treatment and service logs, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Effective written and verbal communication with your team members is crucial-whether through notes, emails, or phone calls.

You'll also input data into our practice management software, attend monthly clinical meetings for case discussions, and participate in team meetings, fostering collaboration and excellence.
