Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates who apply and are successfully hired. **see below for qualifications & expectations** We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals for the following shifts: days (7a-3p) **Saturday & Sunday only swing (3p-11p) **Saturday & Sunday only overnights (11p-7a) **full-time & part-time positions

• *$15.50-$17.50/hour based upon experience & education
• *overnight schedule is a sleeping shift & is paid @ $10/hour
• *all schedules do require at least one weekend shift

What youll need: must be 18 years of age or older high school diploma or GED valid drivers license and current auto insurance reliable vehicle to transport during shift pass all background checksthe ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications At Community Supports Network, Inc. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments:

• 300 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training,
• 700 - 3 months of employment and all training complete,
• 1,000 - 6 months of employment.
